About Us

Rebels Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) animal rescue organization dedicated to facilitate the rescue of and find new homes for stray, abandoned, neglected, abused, and surrendered animals at the high kill shelters in the Tampa Bay and surrounding area.

Rebels Rescue animals are placed with foster families. These families are Rebels volunteers who generously open their homes to animals in need. Rebels animals are provided with all necessary veterinary care. They are checked for internal parasites, flease, and ear mites, then given treatments and immunizations as required. Cats and kittens are checked for feline leukemia and FIV, dogs and puppies are checked for heartworm, and all animals are treated accordingly.

Rebels Rescue is an all-volunteer animal rescue, Join Rebels Rescue Today!

Rebels Rescue is financed by donations. Most of this money comes from the generosity of private donors like you. Our efforts wouldn’t be possible without financial support from the many wonderful people who care about the welfare of these animals.
